The Challenge
VELODOME operates 6 e-bike stores and needed both sides covered: a growing volume of customer inquiries around warranties, leasing, and repairs — and a lack of visibility into business performance across locations.
What We Built
We built a two-part platform. AI agents handle customer support autonomously — warranty claims, leasing coordination, repair scheduling — and learn from every human correction. Alongside that, we built a business intelligence dashboard that processes documents, tracks operational metrics, and gives management a real-time view across all 6 stores.
